Photographer | Artist | Pseudo-Traveler
Hello! Thank you for visiting my page.
My name is Kimi, and I'm an Oshkosh-based photographer who loves to capture nature and moments. My heart thrives in freezing emotions in timeless images and creating art. It makes me happy.
Fun facts! I had my first camera when I was 10. It was a 35mm Vivitar point-and-shoot camera that I got as a Christmas gift. I loved that camera even if it didn't even have a flash! But I was so glad that my mom let take pictures and have them developed. Yep, back in the day there were no smart phones or digital cameras. Just film.
I then became the photojournalist for our campus paper in middle school. That was just the beginning of a challenging yet fun journey. At this point I knew I wanted to become a photographer.
For me, the art of taking images are meant to preserve memories - the wonderful and happy; to the solemn and melancholy.
