Everything is up front! I provide all information - no hidden fees and all packages, extras and upgrades are laid out for you to choose from. See below information from how to reserve a date to getting your final images.

Initial Information

What's included?

 All packages include the minimum shooting time and minimum number of post processed images. You can add more ours or extra outfit changes at a small cost.

Travel to Location

I travel and do sessions within the Winnebago area with no extra change.
Locations outside Winnebago County will incur traveling cost based on mileage.

Weekend Booking

All sessions are done only on weekends. Please let me know if you plan to have it on a weekday and we can work on a schedule if possible.

Need to Know

• CLOTHING, MAKEUP, PROPS: Clothing and makeup are model's own. We do not provide props for your photography session unless otherwise discussed prior this agreement. Inclusion of props will be written on the Remarks section of this agreement.
  NOTE: I do not provide makeup services.
• TRAVEL FEE: Free within Winnebago County. Locations outside Winnebago County, WI is $5 Base Pay plus 15 cents per mile one way. Total travel fee will be included in the final payment. See Specials and Upgrades for more information.
• PAYMENT METHODS​: Cash, Online Store, or Debit/Credit Card

Terms & Conditions

• Reservation: Please fill out our order form with your preferred dates and click submit; or you can download the printable form here and email a completed copy to [email protected]m
• ​Confirmation: Once a date has been agreed, I will email you a link to lock in your date with a down payment. Upon signing the agreement and receipt of required down payment, we will confirm and save the date for your photography session.
• Payment: 50% down payment required to reserve a date.
  Full payments is required on the day of the session.
• Cancellations: You may reschedule your session at most two weeks before the reserved date. Cancellations will cost 25% of the package (you will receive half of your 50% down payment back.

Processing & Downloads

• ​Editing: Enhancements are limited to lighting correction, cropping, removing of blemishes, blurring backgrounds, and other basic edits to make your photo look crisp, presentable, and professional. Enhancements do not include major changes such as completely changing backgrounds and adding overlays. Such options can be purchased with the Whimsical Image Upgrade option. You may discuss which image and what major editing is required.
• Processing Time: Your enhanced images will be available within 1-2 weeks from the date of the photo session. Larger groups or multiple packages that will yield more photos may require more processing time up to 3 weeks.
• Image Proofing: Within 2-5 days from the session, you will receive a link where you may view watermarked and unedited photos. Instructions will be provided on how to favorite the images that you would like for final processing. You can select up to the number of images per your package and applicable upgrade.
  IMPORTANT - Please note that the watermarked and unedited images are not final and will be post processed. Please select your images based on the best pose or emotions of your liking.
• Final Galleries: ​Once all your images are processed, you will receive a link with instructions to access your final galleries. You will receive two sets of images - one without watermarks for printing, and one with watermarks for online posting. There will be a watermark across the photo in the online gallery, but this is not visible once you download the images. This is to prevent anyone else but you (or anyone with your PIN) to access the final photo and not be shared by other parties.
